Trailer Features 1/4" CellTech panel Walls and Ceiling, 1/2" CellTech panel Floors

The panels are composed of:

Skins: Hot dipped galvanized 80ksi steel, Anti-corrosion primer, Polyester topcoat

Core: hot dipped bio-directional corrugated cell structure galvanized steel. Low density so it doesn't add any more weight than a conventional trailer. Breathable -- no enclosed moisture to reduce corrosion.

Smooth walls, no ripples or fasteners. No wood in the entire trailer.

Steel floor panels have 2K loading capacity per 4' section

Embedded Aluminum E-track, 4' on center with 1.5K load capacity

2 -- 5K Leaf Spring Axles with EZ lube hubs and Brakes
